Promotions within our Property Management Department have provided an opportunity for an experienced Rental Manager to join our team. Skills and experience required for the role:
- Previous Residential Property Management experience is essential
- A current Property Representative Licence
- Unrestricted Drivers Licence
- Knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Exceptional time management skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of professionalism
- Impeccable presentation
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Responsible for running and managing a residential portfolio
- Maintain landlord and tenant relationships
- Complete ingoing, outgoing and routine inspections
- Conduct open home inspections
- Conduct regular rent and lease reviews
- Rental arrears management
- Apply and attend tribunal hearings
- Manage all repairs and maintenance requests
- You will be self-motivated, with impeccable personal presentation, enjoy fun and laughter and have a keen eye for detail.
